Traveling Audiologist

In-House Senior Services is a leading provider of mobile, on-site healthcare services at Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Currently contracted for audiology services at over 175 facilities across Minnesota. Our exceptional growth has created a need for a full-time or part-time traveling audiologist (CF-A. or minimum of 2 years audiology experience is preferred).
Think of this as an exceptional opportunity to deliver community-based care directly to those who need it the most all over Minnesota. You will provide the personalized care, In-House will provide everything else, including:

Immediate patient base

Patient scheduling

Audiological equipment
-
Patient medical records
-
Medical billing and collections
-
Company car or vehicle allowance
** Patients are seen in a designated treatment room located within the facilities
We recently opened our first multi-specialty practice in Richfield, MN, on December 20th, 2018, which includes Audiology, Optometry, and Podiatry. With the opening of the Woodlake Specialty Clinic, each Audiologist will also have 1-2 days in clinic to see patients.
Responsibilities

Providing on-site diagnostic testing, hearing aid services, and cerumen management.

Maintaining clinical records as specified by the company using state-of-the-art EMR system.

Performing all services and duties in a manner consistent with company policies, procedures, processes, and quality standards.

Recognizing and responding to needs and age-specific parameters of older adults.

For full-time audiologists, provide on-site services four days a week with one day for office work at the clinic; including, but not limited to, hearing aid repairs, hearing aid orders, medical referrals, patient/family follow-calls, and sales calls.

Overnight travel to visit more remote facilities once per month.

Perform other duties as assigned per company needs.
Requirements

Audiology background with proficiency in diagnostic evaluation of hearing, rehabilitation services for auditory problems, and dispensing hearing aids.

Appropriate state licensure in Audiology. MA-Audiology at a minimum.

Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills.

Valid driver’s license.
** No evenings or weekends required.
