About Us

Company History

Our Team of Providers have dedicated their professional career to improving the quality of life for seniors. In House Senior Services is well-known in the Minnesota senior community for mobilizing podiatry services and bringing them to senior living communities in the Twin Cities and outlying areas for the past 15 years. In 2012, we expanded our scope of care to include comprehensive optometry and audiology services. Additionally, in 2017, we began collaborating with Apple Tree Dental to provide comprehensive dental services to skilled nursing facilities, with plans to launch a program for assisted living communities in the near future.

Our Mission

In-House Senior Services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by delivering a variety of services under their own roof. We believe that cost should not determine the quality of care for seniors, and offer a service model with no set-up, retention, or per-bed fees for facilities.

In-House providers are experienced and credentialed audiologists, dentists, optometrists, and podiatrists who share the In-House beliefs and commitment to compassionate, quality care for an important generation of seniors.

Patient-Centered Care

In-House Senior Services has dedicated ourselves to improving the health and well-being of seniors by providing quality audiology, dentistry, optometry, and podiatry services. The one thing that will never waiver is our commitment to bringing the best personalized and compassionate care to residents while treating them like family.  We like to think of it as “Patient-Centered Care”. Dr. Mohr’s vision of bringing personalized and compassionate care to seniors is an In-House Senior Services core value. We are committed to treating seniors as if they are family – Caring For Those Who Cared For Us.

Clinical Conduct

At In-House Senior Services, we acknowledge and understand the basic premise of which services Medicare and Medicaid will provide compensation. These programs will pay for eligible beneficiaries for covered services related to the diagnosis and/or treatment of a resident’s condition, symptom, nature of illness, or injury. In-House affiliated providers will perform only medically necessary, medically justified, and medically reasonable services.
